In Canada we call them "spacers", which have different types of jewelry. I have tunnels in that photo, but most of the time I either have plugs or eyelets.
"Gauges" is something Americans call them, which is improper but I don't like getting on people's cases for it...

Yeah! I guess they wanted the scene to be more action-y and dynamic, so they did the cliff diving stuff. It was weird. The setup in the book is so much cooler; Voldemort and Harry have a Mexican standoff in from of everybody and Harry calls him out on his s**t, and it's moving and powerful and fantastic and I have no idea why they felt the need to change that. :/

I saw it again and still cried my eyes out. It's still excellent. 3nodding

yes, I have made p.j.s before. I have a friend that works at a fabric store, so I just need to get my mits on some fleece, and attack it with my sewing kit.

Me too times infinity. I want to watch it over and over and over and over. And I will cry every time. And you know, there were things I wasn't pleased with (how did Luna get into the Room of Requirement before the trio, Harry and Voldemort going cliff diving, Neville giving a big damn speech instead of a short badass proclamation), but I honestly agree. They couldn't have finished it better.

haha yeah i've met a lot of new friends through the rave scene. :] and even the people i am not officially friends with, it's always fun to see someone else wearing something you made and to know that they like it enough to keep on wearing it :]

kandi is what we in the rave scene call little braceletes that we make. :] we make them and trade them amongst eachother, or give them to people who we like as a sign of friendship :] they can be simple and have only one strand, or can be big giant complex 3D cuffs. i've even made bikinis top and bottom, skirts, bows, and bags out of beads myself. :] there's a whole art to it ♥
