In a dark corner he sits, the gentle draft from the window creeping around his neck like a cold touch from a stranger. Empty cans glisten in the moonlight while tears fall to the floor steadily. Arms rested upon weary legs holding only a small blade. The blade judging in its gaze stares back at him with cold intent and dark memories overcome. His eyes closed, head leaning back against the wall, the draft slowly wraps around his throat slowly suffocating what warmth left inside the body. The chill of the blade dances across the skin as if it were a long welcomed guest sending chills of pain throughout the body. Gazing at the moon feeling the embrace of the endorphines take ahold breathing stopped. Softly the blade falls to the ground as the body lies motionless and cold. Blood embraces the blade as if it were an eternity, for one final night they dance in the moonlight knowing never to meet again.
