inherited from her family, and it has a really lethal poison so when she hurts someone with that sword that person/Youkai/Miko,etc will die.she has claws so she can scratch and cut people with them.she is really fast running(faster than the most of horses,her hearing and sense to smell and sight are equal of most of cats. Kuroisaiga has the hability to acquire new powers from the basic ones as the power to destroy barriers, the power to absorb all Youkai's attacks and return them to them(counterattack).In the night of full moon night as all hanyous she's rendered powerless and she turns into a mortal human girl with same red hair but without her cat ears,tails and claws and her demonic abilities dissapear until the sunrise

Background Story:She is from the same era/eon that Kagome, she's from the future and she has to live without family, really alone, stealing for survive and learning the same that most of young people spying the classes from the education centres from away(she has really good hearing sense) and she returns a really inteligent Hanyou and with the fortune she earning stealing.
She's alone until finds Kagome and Inuyasha really surprised to see another hanyou as her and she helps Inuyasha to kill the flesh mask youkai and save Kagome.Then she's helped by Kagome to learn her(of Kagome) lection's from her school, after that she joins the group(Inuyasha,Shippo,Miroku and Sango) and helps them to kill the youkais they find and Naraku of course.
Relation To Other Characters:She's allways hitting Miroku on his head really strong cause of he's allways touching her or proposing her perverted actions, she falls in love with Inuyasha but she discovers he doesn't love her and she's really a good friends for him and all, Shippo adores her and allways is by her side as by Kagome's; Sango doesn't trust her at first but then finds out a friend with which can trust.The Higurashi family doesn't like her at first but after that, they discover that Kasumi's situation's really bad and that needs help and then they find out she's a person which they can trust and she helps them allways they need.
Goals:After killing Naraku, the Higurashi family gives her money enough to study in the university but she rejects it because she falls in love with Sesshomaru and she decides to go with him as Kagome with Inuyasha.
