Her book The Host wasn't half as terrible as the Twilight Saga.
I read a lot of Dean Koontz and Sephen King, as well xD
Jodi Picoult is another favorite of mine~ I don't know if your into those sorts of things, but I really like her books (Except for the excessive number of court scenes *shudder*)

I love the Inheritance Cycle!! Although not many of my peers do, lol

I have stumbled across one rather amazing vampire series... I don't know if you've ever heard of Christopher Pike, but his series "Thirst" is really interesting!!
I don't like to analyze anything, let alone books xD I could see how that could be a turn off! Haha

Pretty much the same, and I agree with you completely on the whole Twilight thing.
Stephanie Meyer just kind of ruined Vampires for everybody.
Although I have read The Queen of the Damned by Anne Rice! I always wanted to read the first two books, but never got a chance xD
I LOVE MANGA.
Good God.
Especially Saiyuki and Death Note, although Vampire Knight is the only series I own. >.<
I like Classic Literature (Shakespeare, Poe, Carroll, that stuff) and Fantasy the best, though c:
But yeah, like you said, anything that really catches my eye.
That happened to me with The Scarlet Letter xD
It took me SO long to read that, though! rofl

To get it to look like this, you will get something that looks like but in order for the text to be the color you want, click in the little space between the " ] " and " [ " forming the " ][ "

Pretend your sending a private message to someone, one of the options above the emoticons, there should be a button that shows a single "A" but it's a light blue. It should be beside the one that has the A's lined up, getting smaller. Click the single "A" and it should show a little bar that says "Text Color". Pick the color and type what you want to say, than all you have to do from there is, say you want to put it in your "About Me" section, go to where you want to put the text, and copy and paste everything from what is inside the PM box, to where you want to put the colored words, it works in everything but the little comment bubbles on profiles.

It also works when putting a comment on someones profile. Ex: Hello!! How are you? Today is such a good day XD LOL
