i guess... but i still find it better to be more in tune with the country that you live in. but anyways, its really cool to meet someone of the same heritage as me on gaia.

thank you. i personally think its cool that your family has lived in the united states for so many generations. if my family had done that, we might actually be a lot better off than we are now. we have a good life and all, but it would have been much easier if an earlier generation had come to the u.s.

thats really cool. my family is russian jewish. technically its now ukranian-jewish/ belarusian-jewish, but we speak russian anyways. i'm first-generation american, but i still love and respect both my culture and religion.
