I'll go back and play for a while once I have some more time. It seems to be a pretty neat site. =)

I actually only had class from 8:30am-9:30am, 10:30am-11:30am, and one at 1:30pm-2:30pm. I was just doing readings during the breaks. One of my textbooks is $50 in the campus bookstore, but I found a used copy on amazon for $20, but it'll take a few days for it to arrive, so I've been reading the one the prof put on reserve in the library.

The program we're using is ArcGIS 9.3.1. I can buy a 1-year student version of the program for $25, but the student version doesn't have all the functionality of the actual program, which I need to use. =(

It's soooo humid and rainy today! My hair is so ridiculously pouffy. Must shower then get to campus. T__T I'll ttyl!

Ah, I didn't know that... I thought as soon as I made an account, you'd get your items, lol. I actually haven't done any posting... I did look around the forums and the stores some, though. It seems to be pretty similar to Gaia.

Classes are pretty good, but they're exhausting. I just had school from 8:30am-2:30pm... I have to go back to campus soon because I need to use the computer labs to work on an assignment. T____T

well, yes, there are rude people, but I haven't met one in the better part of a month. biggrin On gaia, people judge you for liking solia better, it seems. Just because you like solia, it means that people will morally degrade you. I understand that the userbase is so large, but I think that gender only areas is just not the way to go. Sexism, much. And I hated Gaia for that. It was jsut a slap in the face for being a guy.

Ugg, I know. I assure that there are more stuck up pompous idiots here then on Solia. I love the fact that you can post everywhere on Solia and not be shot out of the water like that idiot did to you. Well, the many idiots. I don't dare post here anymore. If you even have a different idea or point of view here, you get pissy remarks and have overall rude interactions. GD has become a madhouse of complete and shameful morons, unfortunately, and it has become an unbearable forum.
I much prefer the quiet interactions, and I like the fact that Solia is small enough where they don't sell out to every Tom, d**k, and Fabio company for money.
