Haha, I find a lot of things are far behind on some things. Like America. >_>
I bet you're used to the buses by now, but you still hate them, haha.

Wow, I'd go insane if I had to do a 15-20 page essay the night before. There was only one time where I only had 45 minutes worth of sleep, haha... That program was project intensive, so I had to do everything weeks before, still. No essays, thankfully. Though I have get a feeling now and then that my English waned because I haven't took English since high school. sweatdrop
What the heck, is there a reason why the drivers didn't stop, other than that they were being rude jerks? I know one drove pass by me, but that was because I didn't stand at the bus sign. Bad commutes are my nightmares, so I'm glad Vancouver is better than Edmonton, then. >_> And yup - we can text to a number of their's and they'll automatically text back the times the buses should arrive.

How did you make it through your program? razz Just kidding. Tam is in science but she... works so hard, day and night. I don't get how she does it, lol.

Really? Do I want to ask why the buses are bad over there? XD Funnily enough, I take the buses in the winter just so I don't have to walk on the sidewalks. Thankfully, the roads they take a big ones.

Despite being a winter baby, I don't like the snow and ice, either. They're pretty to look - deadly to walk in.
With Nam, his age is just a number. He's still a baby at heart. lol
But I really hope so, too. He had me proofreed his work... at 10 PM. I called him out on that and told I won't be editing his papers anymore at late night if he does his homework in front of his computer and complains that he "spent all day" on it. emotion_eyebrow
Yup, after getting your New Drivers, you're at Class 7. Then after... a year (?), you can upgrade to Class 5. I'm not sure what are the perks, but I think you can have a small amount of alcohol and can drive more than one passengers. Class 7 only allows one passenger, but you can drive your whole family. I think.

I can't stand walking slowly, but it's a must during the winter. What's funny is that the sidewalks would get shoveled right up until Poplar Park and then it's the ice zone beyond. Sigh. emotion_eyebrow
Nam doesn't work, either! Aieee. stressed
Wow, really? What in the world. I had to wait a year before I could take the Driver's for N. That reminds me... I have to take Class 5. I'm too skittish and lazy to go, though. I probably forgot some of the things if I were to take the Class 5. sweatdrop For Class 7, I had to take it three times.

By the way, looking good!

I was playing with a lot of RIG (random item generator) items and it spat out a lot of duplicates and unwanted items. Oops. sweatdrop
LOL, I do see a point. Why keep shovelling when the snow keeps coming in. mad Those neighbours sound annoying - I guess you don't like them very much, either. Did you ever slip and landed on your butt?
Oh yes, he's 20. But whenever anyone tries to give him a pep talk, he gets all huffy and grumpy and it doesn't go anywhere. He's so mature. It's like he needs his hands held all the way through.
Did you take driving lessons yet? I thought they would make you do a year's worth of it, unless the date when you could take the test is coming very soon. I don't think you can do it the winter - I'd be terrified!

Oh geez, I have more of those items coming. I can't see the end of it yet - I hope you find some of them useful, or you're free to sell them, haha.

Yeah, my older brother lives in Northern Alberta, so I hear all the stories about the snow and winter. His heating bills can go to $300, omg. Do you have to shovel? I have to admit, I love Vancouver too much to be anywhere else... if only the housing prices aren't so freaking expensive.

Oh, I forgot to mention that I went to an American-based school, so that's why it's expensive, haha. I'm pretty sure Tam's tuition is a lot less than my Diploma program alone. emo
I hope Nam gets into something he likes, too. Based on his work ethics, he's not going to go very far. Seriously, he does his homework while playing games and still barely makes the deadline. That's just for English alone. /sighs

Getting a drivers is going to take a while... sweatdrop

Sure. Just expect A LOT of items - many are duplicates. I'm terrible at keeping my inventory organized (no joke, I have over 3k items). I'm either too lazy to sell them but don't have the heart to put it in the dumpster. You're free to do whatever you want with them.
Oh yeah, I'm not in a rush to move out either. I'm saving up as of now, haha. Are you used to the negative -30 winter, though? surprised
Yeah, thank goodness. If I were to get a Bachelor at the school, it would be around 70-80k - they might have lowered it now. In the US, it's 90k. eek No wonder the students are worried about having the debt for the rest of their life.
Haha, aw, that's right. You have a really young sister! Do people ever get mistaken that you're the mom? lol
The family is... okay. My two older brothers no longer live here; Tam is studying at UBC and Nam is being a lazy arse. He has been doing English upgrades for the past two years. confused They're working to get their drivers now, haha. Get crackin'!

Yeah, when I logged on, all the plushes and items that were on me shot up so I sold all of those, ahaha. If you want, I have a whole bunch of items/duplicate that I don't need, but aren't worth selling for me. Who knows, you might be able to use them.
Did you move out yet? My current job is an in-house graphic designer but it isn't enough to be able to move out in stupid expensive Vancouver, lol. But I know what you mean - the bills, taxes... they're no fun.
I figured that I don't need a Bachelor since I could go places with the Diploma, but some employers can be pretty old-fashioned with their posting saying "Applicant must have a BA". So lame. I hope my experience can make up for it. Thankfully, the programs aren't as expensive as the US. Have you seen their tuitions? eek
