When you edit, choose the content editor in the plue toolbox on the right. Make sure you have media added. Then Edit the media table thats added and input the URL link of the vid you want.



For pics just pick the picture button in the toolbox and I believe you can log into or browse photobucket pictures, and if you find one you want, simply click the save? button I think and the picture should appear in like the upper left or right of your page and simply just click and drag it where you want it.
