Cool! I agree that it would make a good point of topic for discussion too!

ALso, I think I called him a psychologist when he's a Neuro-scientist lol! xd my bad! Glad you like it though, I thnk his theories and those of the roboticist (Uncanny valley) are both really informative as to why we love exaggeration so much and art too. Feel free to make a topic on it if you like! I'm not on Gaia enough to maintain a proper discussion sweatdrop

hey there! I've seen you a lot around the Art discussion forum, and I found an article which might interest you as a topic. It discusses why (psychologically) we are predisposed to exaggeration, and why we do it for art/ like art. It's a lecture from Reith (run by the BBC) written by the famous psychologist Dr. Ramachandran. I found it really interesting to read! Let me know what you think if read it, if not don't feel obliged to go look if you don't want to. It also fits into the theory of the Uncanny Valley as well.
