For centuries the northern emerald isles have suffered at the cruel hands of the "good people". A race of powerful fae with abilities of the same magnitude as any deity.

This constant struggle between man and apparently unbeatable adversaries has lead to dark desperation and vicious animalistic violence when cornered and threatened. The result of some of these horrific situations often spawn a race of trolls known as the Sióg itheadh, those who have eaten the flesh of fairies.

These abominations spawned from a cannibalistic act often lead terrible lives, always hungering for more fae flesh and mercilessly hunted by the very prey they wish to consume.

However one man, who's evolution into a Sióg itheadh was initiated by tasting the undead flesh of the headless rider Dullahan broke the "hunger" that would have otherwise enslaved him, and in time sired a son, Redimus.
