Korra is not good, but it should be, considering the time and effort put into its predecessor. So I harp on it a lot. It's not bad...it's just not good. But I usually stick with a show to the end unless it's terrible.
Winter Groom will be easier to match, as it's just one color, and Heaven's is a rather odd light blue. I'd personally get Heaven's, but it'd be harder to work with.

I don't really ship much either. I might slightly root for a pair, especially if they give hints, but in the end, it's the writers' choice, and I'll get no say. Especially if it's years old already.
That being said, all the writers' choices for Legend of Korra are dumb and written like a bad fanfic. stare The timeskip between seasons 3 and 4 made it even worse, cause the very forcibly written crushes now suddenly get to be actual relationships with no on-screen relationship development. It's just "I like you -time skip- and no we're dating, of course! That's how life works!11" If you're going to waste the short amount of time this show has on romance, write it well. stare The only part that was sensible was when Korra and Mako split and then came to terms with each other so maturely, and even that was ruined in season 3 by how awkward he acted.
Madoka did better in ~15 episodes (counting Rebellion as about 3) than they have done in what...28?
But I'm mostly watching a show there to watch the story, not get invested in pairing nonsense.
But I clearly get up in arms about bad writing nonsense. scream

Eh, I was just discussing them with someone in the Mecha Neko thread some, so I was like "Heck, I worked hard for these, let's put the whole cast on!"
Other than that I mostly have SDs for eyes or hair or things. But with this set, you get the whole set, without overlapping poses, and they're way less ugly than their companion item counterparts.
I just feel weird about Mako because Gamagori-senpai. Especially near the end, she seemed to feel strongly toward him, and it clouded my opinion.
But like all my "ships" (I really don't bother mostly), I just have to deal with it if that's not what the creators want... Bolin x Korra...is now a long dead dream...

It depends, for me. I really like some mods, and really hate others. A lot of female mods have way too tiny of feet, or broken legs, or you know, that stuff. And a lot of the arms (especially from arm-centric RIGs, though those are based on poses of other things) look weird. At the end of the day I like my feet to look foot-sized, and my hands can just kinda deal. I've tried on the nose mods but I'm too used to being an almost nose-less thing. Same with mouth mods. And eyes I seem to be super picky about. Not too small, not too wide, not too little white showing... but especially not too high/low on the face. That sounds odd from someone currently wearing a hidden ace recolor eye pose, but that's what seems natural for this half-chibi look: big, but not overly crazy.

I enjoy character development, of course. Static characters are boring. But so is never really doing anything. I do that enough at home. xp
Like Madoka- despite being a short show, plenty of good characterization. But also has long term goals in mind, as far as fighting Walpurgisnacht, figuring out why Homura was so weird, etc.
I tried to watch one of the Gatchaman things, and I dunno if it's just the dub, or what but...gosh did the main girl's voice totally turn me off from it. It burned to listen to.
I almost didn't watch Kill la Kill because of how far it took its silliness. Was an ok show, though. Kinda don't like how they tacked on "Mako is a lesbian!!111" at the end, but that's just me. Same thing with the "The Last of Us" video game getting valentines day DLC that made Ellie gay. There's nothing wrong with it (obviously, since Madoka is one of my favorite shows of all time), but to just shoehorn it in like that is silly, and makes some of the people who did feel close to the characters now feel let down. All the strong female leads can't be gay. I need one, too. crying

My invo, despite being organized, is a mess. I kinda want these goats I see, though. Probably a bajillion gold, though. Sigh.
Gold shop items are far more versatile! biggrin There are some I'll never get rid of because they are just the best thing ever. Same with some of the common drops. These glittering skirts I keep putting on, as well as their matching boots, are some of the best simple female stuff ever. At least, if you're like me and don't want tiny stump feet. Even these marionette shoes push it.

Heh, we've found our point where we differ. Romance/slice of life bores me. redface
I didn't really appreciate where SAO went, but it started with good promise. Now I watch it to watch it burn (and hope and pray Asuna is one day redeemed back to being a badass, poor thing).
I have my limits with shounen, too, but mainly am looking for a good bit of action, is all. Whether muscly (AOT), creepy (Higurashi), mysterious (Steins;Gate), or what have you, I like the plot to at least try to go somewhere.

College. Wish I was in high school, feels like I had more free time then...
I have been told to watch Nanoha. I just have the attention span of a gnat. My mom doesn't really like anime so now I have to catch up when I'm out of the house, and usually that's what's current.
But...but...they could make so much money off of figures and dvds if they did NGNL 2 crying You can't end without taking down Tet. You can't.
Currently Coppelion, Log Horizon 2 sub when that comes out, Sword Art Online: Gun Gale Online when that is dubbed (mainly to watch it crash and burn), Black Butler Book of Circus when that is dubbed, Attack on Titan season 2 sub whenever that comes to be (if you can't tell, once I end up with a dub/sub, I get stuck that way due to relating characters to voices).
So, technically one thing, and a lot of waiting. And as you can tell, not so much the frilly girly fan, but more action-driven stuff. Sometimes that just happens to be magical girls.
Though Log Horizon is technically politics, guild management, goofball antics and etc. That's kind of my floof show.

If NGNL doesn't get a season two I will go overseas and force them to make one... Thankfully Log Horizon is already cleared for a season 2...
There are so many Pretty Cure things I don't really know if I wanna touch that show with a ten foot pole. I already tried Sailor Moon for a friend. That was a drag. Though I do laugh to myself at the Crystal reboot opening "we are not helpless girls"- ah, yeah, yeah you are. Unless one of you just leveled up, Tuxedo Mask pretty much always has to come in and at least throw a rose and give a pep talk.
I'm currently trying out Coppelion- about three girls who are survivors after some sort of nuclear apocalypse (not magical girl at all). Except they have some actual experience rather than just being some girls who skipped school one day when the world blew up. It' subbed so at the moment it's hard to find time to sit down and watch it, but the serious tone it took has me curious now.

Yep: When she's rewriting the universe and talking to him, she explains he's gonna have to deal with the curses of the world and whatnot. Then you see his eyes shine, as if with fear, as if she has given him emotion.

Ah, I'd have to go look up the exact phrase, but besides him clearly suffering (when he should have no emotion), she said she still needed him around for something.
Since magical girls kinda sorta don't exist, it's assumed to be that it's his shtick now.

If she didn't, the Kyubey hivemind army would have Madoka captured (maybe). They kinda stopped that, though.
So it came down to livin', or dying and joining her friends. And it was selfish, but like she said, selfish love- she wanted Madoka to have a normal life. The afterlife would not suffice her.

She felt it was the only way out. She doesn't particularly seem to like doing it. Everyone else gets to be happy, Madoka gets to be safe, but she...gets to be broken. She keeps all her terrible memories. Meanwhile, Madoka's forgotten who she is. Again. Would drive anyone a little loco.

Madoka has memory loss (and so, slowly, does everybody else)- this is kinda what the whole part as they head into school was about.
Homura was slightly upset that Kyoko and Mami, the two veterans, took the new universe in stride and didn't notice.
Kyubey now is forced to contain the grief of the world, which is why he was so ragged and still.
Sayaka sorta recalled something for a minute, as did Madoka, but Homura quickly put those memories back to sleep.
Homura might slowly be going insane because of what she's had to do all this time to keep Madoka safe.
The end...?

Aaand now my profile is filled with spoilers. xp Knew that was gonna happen.
There were rumors about of a second Magica season, though at the time, whether it would be the main girls, or one of the manga storylines, was unknown.
But I think if there is really one in the works, it's for our five homegirls.
But don't get your hopes up.
Just look how many years of waiting and rumors it took to finally get anything Maximum Ride, and now all we get is a youtube series... crying
