A history of pop icons: Island Planet
Emerging from the clubs of Estacada,Oregon, Island Planet shot to the top of the pop scene in 2006 with their debut album, The Suburban Eruption. The band's latest album, The Finger Panther Before Rebel, combines jacob's easily digested compositions with poppy synths to produce a solid record chock full of teenage anthems. With standout tracks like "big city life (remix)," already certified platinum in Europe, Island Planet can count on loads of future success.

"And you have the nerve to call me colored?"
The black man then sat back down and the white
man walked away.
