Prince Rafiel D|
Rafiel is the first prince of Serenes, the lost Heron country crushed by the Begnion empire. Like all heron laguz, he is unable to fight, though he can use galdr to support others in battle. He was captured by slave traders and sold at an auction to Hetzel. He then became very ill, losing the use of his wings. After being nursed back to health by Hetzel, he temporarily regained the use of his wings and attempted to fly to Serenes, but he flew in the wrong direction and ended up in the desert of death. He was found by Queen Nailah and resided in Hatari for a while, before going to Daein with Nailah and her loyal subject Volug. After the last battle, he returns to Serenes forest to wake his father, the king. If Nailah is alive, he eventually returns to Hatari.
Unlike his siblings Reyson, who emulates his brusque protector Tibarn, and Leanne who is quite stubborn and driven, Rafiel is more akin to how a Heron 'should' be- passive and serene.
Rafiel is always calm in almost any given situation, even on the battlefield. He is mature yet nurturing when dealing with others, be they Beorc, Laguz, or even Branded, the difference between them holding very little meaning to him. He is extremely loyal to anyone he considers a friend, willing to risk his life to help them unless they forbid him from doing so, in which case he will respect their wishes.
He has a strong bond with Micaiah, who comes to rely both on his Galdr as well as his emotional support. He is also quite close to the Hatari Queen Nailah, who rescued him from the harshness of the desert and protects him unconditionally.
She Returns
Yo~! It's me again. You can never escape the Failcaiah~!!! This is my fifth and final (for now)account I've made. Right Now, I'm very sick and do not wish to further discuss Failcaiah's role in Prince Rafiel's account. Add her there too. Because, because, I said so D|
