My name is Derec, I am seventeen years old. The one thing I want to do after High School, is go to chef prep. Already i'm training to become a chef but it's not from a school. I am being taught by my Grandfather and Mother, who both have had plenty years of experience with food. Eight years ago my mother worked as a Second Lead chef at the crew stadium in Columbus. She loved her job and everthing that came with it. My Grandfather was a cook for 17 years when he was in the Air-Force. They have both been teaching me just about everything they know about cooking. So hopefully when I decide to go into Chef Prep, i'll already have a decent amount of experience under my belt.
