Thermal compound is very cheap $10 for the best one (:
it helps with passing flow of heat from the cpu onto the heatsink ^-^ ^-^ ^-^

you could install the cpu cooling, but keep in mind to always replace the thermal compound.

when installing the CPU DO NOT and i mean it DO NOT!!!!!! bend the pins, look on youtube to learn how to install one. cause it's very fragile and you don't wanna break your cpu in one go.

It won't bottle neck, i don't believe i said that xD
bottle neck only happens with very high usage, or using a CPU that doesn't meet the standard of the GPU
new & used CPU's are the same, as long as the pins on the cpu isn't damage then everything will remain the same.
purchase the GPU and cpu cooler for now, when the CPU does restock then buy it twisted
