It's not uncommon for people to feel this way during winter, with it being gloomy and colorless and short daylight hours.
They may be able to give you VIT D supplements,ect
Or it can be an unbalance of chemicals that effect your mood ;0
Unless something has happened to effect your mood you can fix it with vitamins or pills,
just don't be one of those people who get addicted,
they also have organic pills that are much better to me.

Drinking orange juice helps you gain Vit D which supports serotonin.
Or are you depressed for a different reason?
