They are both non addictive.
Actually, a major study (Lancet Medical Journal) doesn't even put them in the top 15 of "dangerous drugs"

Alcohol is the 5th, for some perspective. It's easy to get ahold of, but it's a lot more hazardous then people say it is.

And again, I worry with people who are sad using it...even if I don't know them.

I suggest if you can ever get your hands on it, im serious, use it to help curb alcohol and cutting addictions. When you feel like doing either; smoke.
Oddly enough, marijuana is a powerful tool for those kinds of things, because it not only is a high, but it gives you incentive to think about your life and where it's headed.

I have some serious anxiety/depression issues. I actually use acid and Ex one a month or so for that. It sounds extreme, but both drugs are less harmful then alcohol and prescription anti depressants, and are used in European studies to find Anxiety.

If your not a fan of the typical forms of help, you would be surprised how some more alternative and non accepted things can actually effect your life in a positive way.

I just feel terrible hearing about habitual drinking. It makes me sad sad
