Nope! xD Yay procrastination! I'm actually leaving tomorrow for a week, so I doubt I'll be able to run because we're staying in an inn without a treadmill and knowing me, I'd get lost. xD ...plus vacations = lazy. Toning workouts will continue, though, I'd turn into a lard if I didn't do them. x[ So you can slack off this week if you want too, but I'd encourage you to run a little. I'm going to start out walking for 5 minutes and running for 3 minutes at a time, it definately helped last time I started running...
