Gaia was yelling at me because I had nothing to say about myself!That's not inaccurate. I don't know what to say XD
Um... I found Gaia when I was browsing through dA (deviantART) for some new wallpaper. I was checking out a favorite artist whose username is Sayael (http://sayael.deviantart.com/) and I actually took the time to read some of the comments she wrote about each piece. I noticed that she mentioned a site called Gaia quite a few times. Now, she does some really amazing art, so I figured the avatars on this site would probably be pretty cool considering she made such great adaptations of them.
So I lurked on Gaia for a bit and I found that yes, the avis are pretty cool (cute XD), but that there was a lot more to this site than just dressing up a little chibi anime character. They have games and whatnot and they also have lots of guilds (but then, if you're on here, you already know this...).
One of the coolest things I found was this concept of role-playing where you make an original character from a favorite anime series and you make up stories about them. I love writing, so this is right up my alley. One of the ideas that intrigued me most was that there were other people to make these episodes with. It's like... non-stop improvised acting! How cool is that?
I was totally taken with the concept and I expect I'll be joining an RP soon. I listed a few of my favorite animes and manga in another section of my profile, so I'll probably look for good RPs there. I'm hoping to find a really good Bleach one. I love that manga! Anime's not as well drawn IMO...

AND! I found this cool site called tektek, so I made a "dream avatar." I like it a lot better than what I've got on right now, but it's really expensive, so... Yeah. Won't happen XD
