u can catch eevee in diamond in this one guys garden but only after u talk to him and he says he saw an eevee in his garden. but thats only after u beat the game and get the national poke dex or some thin like that. (u also get an eevee from a girl in hearthrome city but u still will need the national poke dex)

unfortunately no T-T i evolved it into a shiny umbreon...but imma gonna b trying to catch some more (even tho itll take me a long time to catch on lol) but i have many other eevees that i trade away for basically any pokemon i also get ppl eevees evolutions. i get the eevees to like lvl 40 b4 i trade them tho.
