Hiya! Well Im Neon Noir, I live in Ireland, i'm 16 and im in my second last year of school. I'm shortish, have blue eyes, glasses and dark brown hair soon to be black. I love listening to music, singing, reading, meeting new people, hanging with my friends and doing just about anything that will keep me amused.I love to laugh and appreciate anything that will make me giggle...which isnt hard!!!
