Brook The Gentalmenly Skeleton is an old fashion resembling character. His natural style is a worn down black composers suit and a black top hat placed at the top of his incredibly obvious afro. He is the musician for the Straw Hat Pirates and yes, he is a skeleton. At least fifty years ago, Brooke consumed the Yomi Yomi no mi Devil fruit granting him the ability to have a second life when he died. Like a ressurection to be exact. His gentlemanly impression stands in stark contrast to his incredibly bad manners. Example: He bluntly requests to see women's panties, helps himself to people's food, and belches out loud on the dinner table. He is a former member of the Rumbar Pirates who at one time catered to a small baby whale named Laboon. They thought it would be to dangerous for Laboon to follow them into the Grand line so they left him in the care of the Reverse Mountain lighthouse keeper Crocus, promising Laboon to return from their journey and see him again someday. Though their journey did not go as they planned and most of Brookes crew was infected with a killer disease and all but Brooke survived, thanks to his Devil fruit powers. After meeting up with Luffy and his crew, he began to form a bond with them through their time in Thriller Bark and had decided to join up with them as the ships musician. He made a vow to continue his journey with the Straw Hat crew and fulfill his former crews promise to return to Laboon
