biggest problem i find is that everyones character has the most badass weapons and armor from the start, but no one ever wants to go from the beginning like the games usually go
what is it they said in lord of the rings its not the destination its the journey, hell if at the start you already have a high powered sniper rifle then your already half way there so whats the point

i wouldn't recommend starting a guild, your best bet is to check out everyones failed guilds and see how bad wastelands can be, after joining almost every wasteland rp i could and watching it die i became slightly bored with the idea although i did open up several dozen guilds of the theme just to claim thier names
