Eh, no need to be worried. I'm sure I was the only one that started thinking super negative when I noticed your account had blocked communications of sorts. Sometimes I can't help but think the worst when it comes to things like that even though I often pride myself on being a rational thinker. I guess it's just the underlying bedrock of anxiety that my seemingly carefree demeanour rests on. Meh. But what you say makes perfect sense. The world turns and we hold on for as long as we can to who we can, if they'll have us until today ends. Who knows what tomorrow will bring? Wishful thinking but I always hope it'll change for the best WITH whomever I'm with, but it doesn't always happen that way. Especially online acquaintances who can pop up and just as suddenly disappear.

Not sure if I explained, but I'm beginning to sound old hat with this whole thing now so I'll be brief. It's his (Granddad's) car. His is down and I'm quite sure he has no plans on fixing it. I drive It at nights since he's normally in bed but the few times I'd need it for my own personal reasons he might engage it which totally ticks me off because of the work I put on it, but that's that. To be honest it's not a necessity that I drive it, it's just a welcomed convenience. I'll survive. I'm hanging. I'm good.

I hope everything is well with you. Enjoyed Spring Break and the like? If I had the freedom to travel as much as I'd like, I'd take a vacation around that time as well but I'm not a student at the moment so it passed me by. I'd like to say that Music is my life, but it really isn't. It's just one of the things that I enjoy that I've the opportunity to indulge in daily and at length. If I'm not talking to someone, I'm more than likely with headphones on listening to my music collection via shuffle. I will not downplay the fact that it's a major part of my life though since I'm constantly shopping and finding (Sometimes stealing but record companies are rich enough, right?) new music all the time and I'm totally in love with instruments despite not being able to play any of 'em as yet. (I own more guitars than I own shoes) You're quite right with that, in terms of my personality. What about yours? I'm trying to think what drives you or makes up the better part of you but I'm currently pulling a blank.

I'm quite sure it's there for me to see and I do know to some point but I've been awake for far too long and currently doing something that I should have done hours before and depriving myself of sleep so I can rest peacefully knowing that I don't have to deal with THAT in the morning, but I can't think of it right now. Shame on me. Plus that shows that I haven't had a nice troll through the multitude of pm's I've amassed from you over the time we've been corresponding in quite a bit. Double shame on me. I did a bit though, when I started to have a freak out at the whole communications break down thing. For some reason I felt as if even if you had really left or were lost to me, it wouldn't be TOO bad since we'd have memories of each other and I'd have all your cheerful and encouraging Pm's to go through as well as the notion that you'd atleast be thinking of me from time to time wherever you are, as I would of you.

Didn't feel so bad then since all the others I've lost slowly faded to some point within my head and I can only recollect in short random thought bursts. Here's to hopin' I don't have to do that anytime soon.

Things on my end are going decent. No complaints.
Well, only one minor wiggle, but I'm not going to get into a whole song and dance about the car situation. Meh.
Other than that I'm quite good.

Explain a bit what happened, with whatever you were doing a few weeks ago that had me all nervous for a wee bit.
Now that everything is fine I can laugh a bit about it, but I just get a bit nervous when an online friend vanishes or appears to have left or not want to be contacted.
I've had lots of Internet friends suddenly up and disappear without word or warning and it's always disheartening to know that I've literally no way of finding them again.
Especially back in the old days (Mid 90's) when everyone guarded their identities, there wasn't any Facebook and we were all too young to travel.

It's sad, really and I can't help but think back on 'em and feel a bit lonely for not being able to connect with 'em like I did in the past because whatever link we connected with has been severed. New online friends have been fewer but more memorable as I've gotten older and it would hurt even harder to lose the ones like yourself that I've had a deeper relationship than just chatting in an online room or roleplaying as silly Anime characters when I fancied it.

Whispers in time, as the Bad Religion song says. I honestly hope I never lose you as a friend by causes we had no way of dodging or preparing for. sad
