psychiatrists are what I'm talking about.. they're pretty much worthless except to write prescriptions, which I don't even need for them to do because I can get my MD to do that

for some reason when I'm having any kind of srs issue (which is very infrequently, thank the lawd), it doesn't help me a bit to talk it out, like at all. I just kinda have to power through it on my own

oh I don't get jack s**t from talking to doctors.. there's nothing that can be done to fix it. I can only hope to contain :3

it's usually really not so bad tho, honestly.. I think it's just temporary w/ the quitting of smoking sooo :3333

I'm just complaining cause I haz mood swings and it's annoying =3 I've been exercising and really tryin' (I told you I was quitting smoking and so far so great with that)

and I'm content and have a lot of good things
