Hello everyone!
As for my life. I guess I am a regular girl...I think? Well I will start by politely introducing my self. My name is Melissa Elizabeth Rivera. Well....my name isn't actually Melissa, well it is, but that is not what people call me. I am usually known as Missy. Unless you just met me it is okay if you call me something like Melissa. I can tolerate it. XD I was born to Lucas Rivera and Elise Harrison ( I know, it is a common name). My fathers descendants are from Spain and mother dear's ancestors are from ..... I think..... oh yes ..... Luxembourg. But I am (unfortunately) not that interesting. I was born just like any other person in Grand Rapids Michigan then we moved when I was 10 to Chicago Illinois( I am in the suburbs of Chicago though.) Yup, I am a total 'middle of America' girl. But don't get me wrong, I don't insert a Y'all after every word like some think Kentucky people do. I speak very regular, thank you very much. My father works as a lawyer and he is the reason why are house has many many many law books. Well...there only in his study because he is very organized and would hate to be well, unorganized. Okay, I'll stop before I go ranting even more. As for my mother, she is a chef at a near by restaurant called Italian village. (Well, she is kinda on a part time thing. Only works on weekends. My dad makes enough money, but mom just likes cooking. ) But no, I don't eat pizza and spaghetti every night. I love my parents, they didn't give me any sisters or brothers, but I still love them. There the best. Yes, they can be annoying and even while I am a goody goody, there will sometimes be the occasional threatening tones, but they usually are very loose on me. I mean they let me go to all of the parties, let me date, they let me eander around the streets andd all that good stuff. when I grow up I am determined to be either a writer, marine biologist, a violinist or most importantly a figure skater. Yup. I love writing stories. either in my mind or just plainly on paper. I don't know about the marine biologist. It just seems cool. M'kay moving on. a violinist because I started it when I was 7 but quit when I was 12 and I somehow remember it being a very beautiful and fun instrument. Also, a Japanese violinist's music was so inspiring I just wanted to take the 3/4th sized violin out of my 'memories' closet and start playing it again. BUT...I am most wanting to be a figure skater. I started skating when I was about 3. And from then on I never wanted to get off the ice. Now, I think I am pretty good but no where near the Olympic professionals. enough about my professions.
As for stuff I like to do on gaia, I like to make friends, I love love love love love rping as long as it is literate, I like to be random and did I mention that I love to rp?! Just send me a friends request or a pm! Also, I do not get the point of cybering so do not even try to send me a pm about it. Most likely I will just ignore you. Also, about online relationships, I won't participate in it. I don't have a boyfriend and I have nothing against going out, but online? Not so much.
I love movies though I of it is scary, I'll scream in an instant and if it is sad I will cry in seconds. Yup, pretty sensitive I am. Hey everyone has there rough spots. My fav movie is the titanic and yes you should have seen when Leo di cap died, (or his character died) I was crying m eyes out, I mean why couldn't it have been Kate Winslet's character?! Okay, Maybe I take these things too seriously. I like all music except country, rap, and rap! I think it is for people who can't sing so they speak instead. As for books, I love them!! Mostly anything I think. I mean reading and writing go hand in hand, right?
Little things I forgot:
I love animals to much to eat them so when I was 12 I decided to keep my daily protein limited to beans and tofu. I have two ear piercings in each ear, and a tatoo of my initials on my neck.
If I missed anything else, I guess it will be a secret!
