Well, hello there, and welcome to my little corner of the Gaian cyberspace. My name is Cherry, and I'm currently a college freshman studing to be a veterinarian. I hail from New Jersey, though my birthplace is in England. I do not speak with a british accent, however.
I love writing and roleplaying, and the latter of those two is the main reason I joined Gaia. My favorite genres are fantasy and those baed off of anime, video games, books, etc. I do appreciate romance, as long as there is also other substance in the roleplay. I will do Yaoi or Yuri if I'm in the mood for it. Please feel free to send me a private message if you'd like to roleplay with me!
I am a self-classified nerd and quite proud of it. I'm really big on Star Wars and other works of science fiction, and I used to work at a lotal comic and game shop. I'm a huge gamer. and the proud owner of a multitude of video game systems; console and handheld, classic and modern. My favorite video games of all time are Chrono Trigger, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, Dragon Quest VIII, and Pokemon Diamond/ Pearl.
I love Japanese food and culture, too, and that includes anime and manga. My favorite series are Sailor Moon, Pocket Monsters, Magic Knight Reyearth, Yu-Gi-Oh, and Ranma 1/2. I watch mostly shoujo and comedy series, but I'll view anything that seems interesting. I've never seen an anime or read a manga that I didn't like, provided it wasn't hentai.
