I've been a member of Gaia since Feb. 2007. It was time to hang up my old screen name and stick to just my first name. 4laughHi!! I'm Mandillynn (pronounced mandolin, named after the instrument), but everyone calls me Mandi. I'm a mother of 3 (vicious_cookie129 is my oldest daughter) and engaged to a wonderful man (mokkorri_sama). Now I know what you are probably thinking... "OMG... she's too OLD to be here". 32 is probably old to most of you, but anyway... here are the reasons for having this account:
1. I love anime!! Gaia has the cutest avatars, and I'm sorry, but I'm still a kid at heart.
2. I love playing the games.
3. I love finding new items and things for my avi to wear or equip.
3. I have friends and family that have accounts, so this is also a place to network.
4. Gives me something to do when I'm bored. domokun
As for my interests and hobbies... obviously anime as stated above. I also draw, oil paint and come up with tattoo concepts for friends. Thinking about drawing people's avis for gold, but I have to wait until we hook the scanner back up (if it even works).
I also sing and play piano. I've even sang professionally in a barbershop quartet, plus numerous choirs. My last accomplishment was trying out for a band (back-up vocals and female lead) and made it.
If anyone needs a "mom" to talk to... someone to give advice or just someone to listen without a judgmental ear... PM me. I was a psychology major (changed my major to massage therapy), so I might be able to help out in some way.
