Every now and then I photoshop out a spot or something...but that's because I didn't use foundation or anything haha. Also only if its a really red noticeable one!

I'm glad! A lot of people are pretty on the GD but a lot of them are fake and edited to hell. Like light skin I ignore because flash and general lighting makes the skin look lighter, so I don't class that as editing!
