I had planned to go. I felt that I should go and honor his memory, but I hate seeing dead bodies. I prefer to remember loved ones as they were alive, and not as the cold lifeless corpse you see in the casket. Keith was a pallbearer at the funeral today. He was glad to be able to do that for him.

I would rather have something that will clean out my chest than chicken soup. The wheezing is killing me. @_@

I understand your point. I think I might have actually caught this from those snotty kids when I volunteered at my mom's school. At least, it makes me feel better to blame it on them. rofl I missed my deacon's funeral this morning because I still had high fever, and I feel bad about that. I did tell you that a tree fell on him because of a tornado, right? I heard that every parking place in the church parking lot was taken today. Everyone really loved him and respected him. sad

Tell your mom that I hope she gets well soon!

Thanks! heart I'm pretty sure it's a sinus infection. I get so many of them that they're pretty easy to recognize now. What bothers me the most is the wheezing. Because of the wheezing, I cough to clear my airways, and therefore I can't sleep. xp Fever is also a butt, but Advil and hot tea kick that to a tolerable level.

I'm working on an art auction for the annual ball right now. I really don't feel like doing it, but we kind of planned to have this thing ready a month ago. sweatdrop Hopefully we will have the final details ready in the next few days.

Thank you for praying for her. I'm going to try calling a little before lunchtime tomorrow. Hopefully, by then, they will have had sufficient daylight hours to assess the damage, and rescue people. I'll call your house and let you know as soon as I hang up from calling the police tomorrow.

I saw on the news that the roads I need to go on to get to Cyndee's house has houses, businesses, trees, power lines, etc on them, so I'm not going to be able to go anywhere. I'm going to call the police department tomorrow, and see if they have any reports of damage to her house, and see if her family is okay. That's the best I can do. I'll let you know if I find out anything. I've called all of my friends in the area, and all of them are safe and accounted for except for Cyndee. I hope she's just sitting at home in the dark, and that she's not trapped under debris. sad

Well, whenever you find it let me know. The Lord Zedd picture if the main one I care about getting anyway. lol I guess this would be a good excuse to start cleaning again. About the only two times I can ever motivate myself to clean is if company is coming over or if I've lost something. Otherwise, I'm a lazy butt.

Sorry, I got a bit distracted by the TV. They were showing different hoaxes from various companies on abcnews. One airline announced that they would start having special child free flights to make the flights more relaxing. I thought for sure that that one would be real. It would be amazing if they did do that. rofl

I watched the first hour and a half long Detective Conan special last night. It is live action, and it takes place right before the first episode of the anime. It was so incredibly good! It kept me guessing the whole time. I am sure that you would love it. heart
