It's not. It's the result of being verbally, sexually, and emotionally abused by people and relatives you trusted deeply.
Don't ever become what I've become.
B/c it eats you alive holding in these thoughts and issues, it makes you hard, easy to crack at any moment.
Promise me you'll never admire what I am.
B/c it truly is weakness, and I know your strength is far beyond what you can see.
But you will see, once you get through this like I know you will.
As you always have with every issue.

I thought I was strong for a time, but I realized just b/c I don't cry, don't feel, don't vent doesn't mean I'm strong.
It actually makes me weaker.
The fact that you take every emotion and let yourself feel EVERYTHING makes you stronger b/c you're allowing yourself to confront it head on.
I can't do that.
I just bottle it up.
And that's not strength.

Chill out. You have to understand, your in a test
right now. And God is watching you to see if your
going to pass or fail. Every trial we go through in
life is a test from Christ to see if hes ready to use
us in his Kingdom. How can we be used with all
the hypocracy in church when we can't handle a
simple backstab? It will ALWAYS be the one you
considered a sister. Main reason why you should
never put your faith in man but God alone because
Jesus will never leave you nor forsake you. I went
through the same thing for about 4 years until I finally
learned and passed and those people were removed
from my life. Unfortunately it took my mom over 20
years only because were generous and compassionate.
Babe you just have to let go, and let God. I know this hurts,
but you have to understand, hes going to test you to see
how faithful you are to him. In your case it was your friend
of 8 years. In my case it was my fathers murder. We all
deal with hard things but its our choice to say God, I know
this is more painful then being stabbed with a thousand
needles, but you are a friend thats closer then any brother.
I'm giving this pain to you, now please help me, mend me,
heal me, and make me whole. And he will. You know I got
you no matter what, but you gotta vibe and let this go.

Your idea of strength isn't strength.
You've been through a lot of hurt.
No matter the fact that you've THOUGHT about running away or dying doesn't mean you're not strong.
What makes you strong is the fact that you're still HERE despite the thoughts, the temptation to end it all.

Just stick it out, gurl.
I know it's tough.
But don't stress about anything that you have no inside info about and no control over it.
It hurts when all you have are assumptions, but assumptions will just make you think worse than what it truly was.
You're strong, this is just another hurdle to get over.

I'M trying to help YOU. Vibe. I'm trying to help you
out and to save you grief. How did I know this just
happened? Did you say anything? No. I assumed
this was awhile ago. My apologies for being so
ignorant. I'll keep my mouth shut. And I'm not
strong because I have always been that way,
I'm strong because after people who said I was
their sister, best friend, cousin, family, after
people I looked up to beat me down I said enough
was enough. I did what I had to do and now
no one screws around with me. I got to where I
am today because I was treated worse then dog
crap.

to how I had it. I mean you don't let go? Fine.
But your the one pissed off and butthurt.
Not her. Yes its okay to be hurt and feel like
you've been wronged. But after a while you
gotta just let it go, move on, and let it not
phase you.

What do you want me to tell you? We lived
with a friend my mom knew since high school
in canada. In other words they were friends
over 20 years. They treated us worse then garbage.
I'm fine. Right? You will be too. Let it go and move
on cause if you don't it will lead you to suicide.
