Know that Akira Toriyama's one of my favorite artists, so its no surprise that I liked all his arts in Chrono Trigger. But by far, I loved hi works in the Dragon Quest series the most.

Yeah, bad stuff happens in life every now and then. Not even the richest folks in the US are happy either. ^.~

I'm okay but gradually getting tired and bored of this site. It's not entertaining any more now that most fun stuff is gone and I don't like Lake Kindred's monotonous grinding. So I do something fun in real life.

whoa, thanks so much for that link smile ack, the full costume issue bugs me in game too, but if the costumes are well done I guess that's sort of a non issue (until you run into an outfit with a bad piece of itself as you mention haha) -- I may give it a try...if I do, I'll be sure to check out ship 2 smile

they do have long hairstyles! there actually were more at one point but they removed a few -- I'm hoping it was an oversight and they add them back again. the hairstyles they have currently though are very nice and do indeed include some long ones. (they recently updated a few to try and help the clipping issue which I'm sure you've noticed can be a problem with longer hairs) of course, this is all info gathered from the beta, so that stuff can change by the time we all get access to it - but the character creation videos I've seen have tons of hairstyle options, and long hair was something I kinda watch for too mainly because it seems a lot of games stick to shorter styles (or maybe it's just the games I've played recently)

the skimpy clothing issue...oh man!! that's a big part of why I've started really, really loving when a game has leeway for costumes, so that I can avoid the bathing suit armor if I so choose xD

I played on the Warp Portal version of the game (US version I guess?) and I heard they got the patch with those small people very recently but I haven't logged in much since then so I'm not sure what it's like. I do remember that the small race had really great long pigtails - cute hairstyle <3 I think I still have it installed though so I guess I ought to pop in and see o: I heard they also changed beastmaster so it's more viable now so I might try to make one. haha

haha I've basically started living in MMOs too - I'm juggling so many at the moment. still trying to find that home base, but enjoying all the different ones with the various styles of costuming systems. how is phantasy star online 2, gamewise and gear wise? I've heard it's great but I've also heard they're dragging their feet on bringing it over to the US~ is there an english patch?

I LOVE a good costume system in an mmo...one that came into my awareness the last year is WildStar (not out yet though) and the great thing about it is that it doesn't limit you to light/medium/heavy armor, so the mix and match potential for outfits is IMMENSE. if you hate the look of your current heavy armor, you can mask it with your costume slot by putting in that cute cloth shirt, or if you don't like your light frilly outfit, you can put on some medium coat or a heavy piece of armor - and of course there's dye and such so you can get even more creative - for example, you can hide every single piece of armor you have one at a time so if your character isn't the type to wear shoes or something, you can hide them smile they also have accessories for your mounts and such too, which reminds me of the customization factor I always loved here in gaia...so it's worth a look whenever it finally comes out if nothing else just to test out the costume system!

I played RO 2 a bit but I never got very far - I played RO 1 a LOT but the customization just wasn't there (it was a lot of fun and I collected hats, though xD haha) I'll have to revisit it sometime. I heard they added that new race and classes recently

aww I'm glad to hear that ^^ yeah it's amazing to me how so many things have changed, but it's good to know some good things stay the same~

as for my quest, oh man that's a sorry tale xd (this costs a ridiculous amount still, I'm sure, so in advance of my silly story, I wouldn't expect ANYONE to ever give me this) I always wanted DJ studio headphones -- started a quest thread a few years ago but over time as the price got higher I just ended up labeling my quest thread as headphones in general quest, because at least that way I ended up making some progress haha. I never did get those DJs, and thanks to inflation, not sure I ever will rofl I saw they re-released them in the cash shop recently so maybe if I hang around long enough the price will go down and I'll end up saving enough gold for them. I've lost track of all the new things that have been released on gaia so I guess that's the only item that comes to mind in particular. I guess at this point it's just one of those little dreams I've always had on gaia and it just never went away. I'm sure we've all had one of those at one time or another redface a friend of mine knew how much I wanted DJs and let me borrow her Portable Studio headphones, so that made me feel a bit better. of course nowadays we have so many headphones to choose from so it hasn't been all bad ^-^

I'm looking at some random things I have on my wishlist and it seems like everything has turned into ridiculous prices since the last time I did some price checking on this stuff...wow. I appreciate the thought of giving me something very much - I love presents! but yikes I didn't realize just about everything is so expensive nowadays sweatdrop thank you for the thought in any case heart

I actually saw you in a post about why people stay in gaia...and I tend to lurk and have been becoming less and less active over time (and by active, I just mean logging in to change my avatar and/or doing an event if there is one...which rarely now are there any worth doing...) but coming across people like you with such creativity reminds me why I've stayed here so long. I just love how even from the beginning of the site, people have figured out ways to emulate styles with limited items. to me that's a form of art. so yeah, you're great. sorry for the random seeming comment there but ...yeah. hope you find somewhere else fun once you're outta here~ heart gaia makes me sad lately and it was a nice little ray of sunshine to see your avatar.
