I wouldn't be able to give you a good answer, because I did it myself. And I definitely wouldn't recommend it because there's a 9/10 chance you will do it crooked. I was lucky.

The healing process is a little painful, but if you get it done professionally, I'm sure it would only take a couple of seconds. They poke the needle through your nose and into a receiving tube as you exhale, or something like that.
