you place your toes and hands on the floor, making sure your back and arms are straight. Keep your hands slightly more than shoulder-width apart and tighten your abdominal muscles and you go down then "Push up".

well being skinny means that I don't need to lose weight I just need to work on it and maybe gain some but I'll meet that problem when I get to it. Those push-ups and sit-ups do make it my muscles look better but a real gym would be even greater.

Well I'm gonna have time to actually hit the gym instead if doin like 100 push-ups and 250 sit-ups at my house, so I'm gonna get more tone and definition in my muscles, (Used to have weight training but then they wanted to make the weight room brand new so could do it at school) I don't think I wanna be clumsy and I think I'm actually gonna like study and get tutoring in college. I just found out that my mom is only giving me a year or a year and a half of college after that I think I'm on my own.

well I mean it wasn't all sunshine and rainbows I didn't really start liking high school till I got transfer to the school I was supposed t be going to in the first place and that took away two years of my life, two years of which I could have become and even better performer and a better actor, it could have help me get into my dream college.

LMAO Delaney you made me fall out of my bed. Hell to the naw as far as I know non of my teachers have DUI's and thats because they come fresh out of college, well most. The opposite sex for the most part aren't quite as idiotic as the boys, maybe ghetto but not idiotic and maybe a few are kinda hoe-ish but I tend to stay away from them (You never know what they might have) And Troupe 1684 has years of glory and a reputation to uphold so we never do anything lame... well almost never

lol are you kidding me? I loved high school, the girls, the people, the performances, most of the teachers, lunch for freshmen and sophomore year, field trips "out of town happenings", Senior-idis and oh the girls. I'd make a few different decisions that'd make it better but high school was cool.

nah like I just explained to someone, its boring, the rehearsals are boring they're making speeches stuff with bull and if I'm lucky I'll be able to sleep during graduation, I don't understand why they can't just give me my diploma so I can be on my merry way.
