Wishing you have more good days than bad days heart

I've been good, bouncing back from a stomach bug and trying to eat a bit more because I lost too much weight lately, but it is more difficult thank I thought.
I felt better when I was rounder, but now re-configuring my food and food planning,
I had weight loss surgery 1 year ago and it worked too well xd
