The higher ups wanted to free up cast member names. We had a bunch of people join...make any account and leave which is a huge pain in the a** because that character gets stuck. That is also why there is a bunch of new joining rules

Hmm, perhaps think of a situation that would bring the two characters together? You could loot a ship, and find Jessie as a doll in a box and she gives you heck? I don't know

Ah this issue is you are only allowed more that one character if you are really active, and since you're new and all you still have to prove yourself. And even with that the max is 2 characters. You have to ask the mods.
