It will take a while to destroy us completely...lets hope we can hold on. I do find myself less likely to log on than before all the crap started.
Partly because it makes me mad/sad and partly because it's just not as fun as it used to be. I can't even quest anything because of inflation. I haven't bought any new items in a long time.

My hope is that the older, wiser- in- the- ways -of- Gaia staff will stick around and that eventually the idiots new management will learn that what they are doing is counter productive to the site. Gaia is unique in it's sense of community. It would be a shame to lose that.

I play the ones I like, so it surprises me when someone plays the same ones I do. lol
Maybe some of those good ideas will reach the ears that need to hear them. I don't know if it's even a possibility though.
I'm afraid the Gaia I love will disappear completely before too much longer. Many friends have already disappeared.
I'm still hanging on...hoping.

Well yes, but doesn't make sense to have it at all. ;o
If you X out of those three people it makes a new request. However, when it loads it loads more than three people. So I don't see why they would have the variable at all.

Hey, I know we've never spoken before but I just wanted to say I'm sorry to hear you're quitting. I knew your username sounded familiar and then I realised "hey, you're the guy who made that aquarium analyser thingy!" and then I felt sad that it had reached this point. :[

I have no clue where Gaia is going anymore. I'm trying to be as supportive and productive as I can here but it just feels like so many people are leaving and the ones who are staying are contemplating leaving, etc. I really don't know what to do, since Gaia is like my Internet home. I don't want to quit but every day, I'm worried that I'll get online and find that Gaia simply doesn't exist anymore. :[

Anyway, sorry to go on about it. I wish you the best of luck with "real life" and thank you for making the aquarium analyser. emotion_hug heart

I can definitely see that. ^_^; Flynn-flation has basically made it impossible for me to get any of the items I want, even with my art (not that I can do art atm.....), much less get any of my stuff back. Site's only use to me now is rping. Well.... enjoy your last day. See you around I guess. ^_^
