Personality: Kameron is fairly average on first impressions, speaking when spoken to and replying with polite yet abrupt wording. He is, however, quite different under this facade of calm, being diagnosed with various mental disorders. These disorders inhibit his ability to stay calm in times of emotion, either making him very depressed or very angry in short amounts of time. Although he is a bit wild in personality, and dislikes this, Kameron refuses to use any drug or alcohol to dampen the symptoms. In fact, the very smell of alcohol makes Kameron feel ill. He still carries "cowboy-esque" morals underneath his twisted mind; he cares for his friends, his machines, and his appearance and wellbeing.

Family Background: Kameron's biological parents gave him up very early on in his life. They couldn't have taken care of him, as the pair were troubled themselves, both financially and mentally. Kameron was adopted by a man and woman who were living out in the country and couldn't have children of their own for medical reasons.
Kameron learned to treat these adopted parents like real parents, calling them Ma and Pa. They had very interesting backgrounds, as the curious young Kam would learn. His "Father figure" was working on the oil rigs nearby. He had originally moved north from Texas to avoid the large companies that were commercializing oil fields and making it less work and more, quote, "boring" to the man. Because of this line of work, the man of the house was home just after dark, leaving Kameron to have to learn to fend for himself and take care of the animals (a few poultry, some ducks, a few pigs, and three cows).
Kameron's "Mother figure" was a long-haul trucker, and was almost never home. This didn't matter, though, because between the two home bound males, the house stayed clean, laundry and dishes were up-kept, and the animals never went hungry. The mother was always so pleased with their work, and spoiled Kam with whatever she had picked up. Usually sugary treats and trinkets for his room, which he treasured until he left home.

Character Background: Kam learned from a young age how to use weapons (mostly hunted deer that would try to eat the animals' food) and how to build and fix what lay around the house (his most hated thing to fix was the toaster). He liked playing with Lego, creating intricate patterns and drawing blueprints to suit them so he could duplicate his favourites later.
He was home-schooled, which explains his southern accent but northern roots, as his main male figure spoke with a southern accent. This also is why Kameron speaks only when spoken to, or as greeting. It is simply more polite; a key moral he held onto even through his twisted mind.
It is probable that his biological parents' choice to give Kameron up, and their own mental issues, caused a negative shift in his personality once he learned his true roots at age 17.
This was just as he was entering the real workforce and college life. The community college taught him skills he would find useful for the string of murders that would eventually have him working for the TF Industries' RED team. The working life sparked the murders. Not proud of this, but accepting of it, Kameron spent a year in jail before being shipped out, against the will of the jury - who wanted him on death row- to the TF Industries. Kameron picked RED because the BLU Engineers looked like a rough, drunken lot. His own team shares this downfall, but he wants to stay on his team. He cares for them, though he won't admit it openly. He has college degrees in various areas of biology and good grasp on mechanics.
