well, first off, i have done some research on the subject and think i have come up with a legitimate retort. to begin with, explaining nunnaly getting all of lelouch's memories by saying that we don't fully understand geass, im sorry, isn't a valid argument. also, about people with codes not being able to have geass, this is not necessarily true. just think of the name of the series, and , to add, everyone else who received a code got it from the same person whom their geass came from, except lelouch. it is possible that the geass is traded back for the code, but having gotten his code from Charles, he needed not to give the geass back.

that lelouch isnt dead. two are submissive, but one isnt.

1) when charles died, where did his code go? yes, it could have gone back into he gods, so this one is submissive and can go either way
2) at the very last scene of R2, C.C. is seen in a vehicle talking with a driver, who's face is only seen from the nose down. i admit, this si a little far fetched, but it is possible that was lelouch and they were hiding his eyes. also submissive
3) here's the one that isnt submissive. when lelouch is stabbed, he falls down the ramp thing and nunally comes to his side. when she touches him, she receives all his memories, which only happens when a mortal comes in contact with someone with a code, like C.C. or V.V.. if lelouch didnt have a code, whi would nunnaly get his memories, and if he did have a code, that would make him immortal.
