The Hippo-Attracting Warrior Jesting Queen

There was a golden queen, in days of yore
who sometimes doubled as a warrior
when trembling fancy took her by the hand
and led her to her destiny: a land

far from her native and heavenly hills --
a land where undead children fought to kill.
Slant-eyed suckers of innocents' blood,
they ambushed our heroine's mount with mud

and thought that they had thusly won. But lo!
She rose all shining from the murk, and so
fair was she the wood's happy hippos went
to see her and her steed trample hell-sent.

Local maidens swarmed her and touched the horn
of that steed -- a gun-flanked purple unicorn!
