Reincarnation can be a b***h especially when you have to fix the mistakes made in the past by your predecessors, but first you have to figure out the puzzle that had stumped so many before you. Enter the current Shinwa Priestess who has to stand up and take up the venture in resolving the yesteryears.
I am the Shinwa Priestess, the girl who has the figure out the truth. Solve the past. Evade the future. I have to forsake my own destiny in order to save the lives of those who have died for mine. It's a tricky feat, but it's one that only I can accomplish. One that only one can face.
At my side I have my trusty companions, the Scions of Shinwa. They are beings of another world that have pledged their undying loyalty to me. With their hearts filled with hope and pride they set forth with the goal to protect me from the evils that stride to end my crusade. Closest to me is Reno Caspian, my true champion. While at the other end of this prism is another man.
Rowen Shima belongs to Sanction, the military team that plans to destroy the legend of the priestess and her guardians. He is an unyeilding force, charging swiftly and harshly at us all. In the end he would always turn toward me with a smile on his face like cat toying with his prey before devouring it. It would send a chill down my spine. He would never harm me. Never. Just simple walk away to play again later.
I suppose never harm me is the wrong choice of words. Physically maybe. Emotionally he tore me up. He drove me insane. And he knew it. That's what that smile was for. That's what made him the bad guy. And what made me love him so much more than the other guys I knew. All the same...
