If kisses were water, I will give you a sea. If hugs were leaves, I will give you a tree. If LIFE was a planet, I will give you a galaxy. If friendship is life, I will give you mine. It's "World's Best Friends Week." Send this to all your good friends, even me (if i am one of them). See how many you get back. If you get more than three, you are really lovable.
Friend: *sigh* You're future. It's going to be bad.
Girl: What?
Friend: I can't tell you.
Girl: Why not?
Friend: I just can't.
Girl: He's going to break up with me, isn't he?
Friend: Yeah.
Girl: Okay.
Friend: You don't seem terribly sad.
Girl: I'm trying not to cry.
Girl: What's your email?
Boy: *answers*
Girl: Got it, thanks.
Boy: Ummm... there's something I need to tell you.
Girl: We're not going out anymore, are we?
Boy: How did you know?
Girl: It was bound to happen, because you were moving away soon, and you don't like me as a girlfriend, just a friend. I understand. I was starting to only like you as a friend too, so it's fine. Can I have one last hug?
The next day girl is found in her room writing a novel. She agreed to break up with him because the novel she was writing was a tragedy, about true love dying. She knew that what she wrote usually turned out to mimic her life, and she didn't want that to happen to him. It is better to have loved and lost than to love and have the loved one die.
