I should add that while there's always somebody more knowledgeable out there, this girl is in really deep. She's actually friends with the guys who run the metal archives. Today she showed me a beta of the redesign they're hoping to have up by the end of the year.

Yeah, I hadn't either until recently. Then I met a girl who makes me look like a n00b in metalness.

It's actually really nice to talk to somebody irl who knows metal. Don't get enough of that.
