ok here is in more detail, in photobucket, when u select a picture and scroll down you see some codes: ex: E MAIL and IM, Direct Link, HTML code, and IMG code.
highlight the code next to the word IMG code. Then right click and copy code. example of a code is : Once you copied place mouse on top of My Gaia and scroll down to account setting and leave mouse there till u see a list and press signature. Once in signature you will see a large white box. paste code in box and save

do u see how in photobucket it has 4 different codes under the picture? copy the last code. Then go to signiture and you will see a big white box, paste the code there and preview to see if it is the one u want. If the pic is to big, save pic to album in photobucket and edit it.
