Ok, search in guilds for: 7th annual ball
That is the guild, so join it, and for the little text box of why you want to join, say "I would like to help in a room with contests and stuff" and they should accept you when they can.

ASHLEY!!!!!!!!!!! I want you to go to the 7th annual gaia ball, especially because this one should be the best one yet. Come with someone and don't froget to tell your friends about the ball! Be sure to spread the word, and if you want to help, you can pm or comment me for the awnsers or assistance. The theme is fairytales, but you don't have to dress up if you dont want to. The date will likely be june 26-29, if this changes, i shall notify you as soon as possible. Hope to see you there!
