last time we talked you werent feeling so well... hows life treating you now? ^^ i hope your back to your buzzing roller blading self again!

perhaps instead of snowmen you should just make snow angels! xD or baby snowmen, you can make a snowball right? ^^
when your hands get so cold they hurt - thats an awful pain! it takes like 2 hours to go away =( stings forever!

anything exciting happened to you recently? or just chugging along the road of life? ^^ hows your research into engineering going? found out anything cool? :3

i didnt mean to scare you out of getting a scottish accent xD maybe you should come over here and get an english one! were right nextdoor to scotland! and if you dont like it you can go for the irish accent, they have a cool one too :3 but i cant flaw you for wanting an ozzy accent! theyre pretty darn cool...

snowball fights are awesome! you need decent gloves though... when cold gets into your hands for too long its so painful and numb at the same time and it takes forever to go away =( but id chose cold weather over hot weather anyday! looks like someone needs snowman lessons... did you try to put roller blades on all of its limbs or something? xD snowmen are easy-peasy!

you poor thing xD i went indoor skiing once, i got seperated fomr the lowest group onto my own slope because i was that bad =/

the scottish accent is dramatic i guess, but ive never really considered it to be ladylike, unless your some butch lumberjack like a lot of my teachers in england were if they had scottish accents... the scottish are good at telling tales though! their accent is good for that xD

my weekend was awful -__- i havent been in zomg for ages... im poor Dx haha, ive been far too busy... i had to work the weekend so, ya! </3

that is not what i expected jet set radio to look like, but at the same time im not surprised haha, the graphics on it still seem quite dated... im guessing it just doesnt have a big budget, whats the aim of the game? all i saw was skating around, graffiti and the occasional song xD

i work in a warehouse type place, there are windows in the reception area but in the main production area there are no windows, we have a mezzanine above that which has a few very dirty windows along the roof to let some natural light in, but we have some very bright white light downstairs, if you dont get much sleep it hurts your eyes Dx

its a shame that there has to be part of you you dislike so much but i cant recommend the scottish accent, im surprised youve taken a liking to it ^^ its very distinct but its quite brutal and forceful, seeing you with an itallian accent you be funny ^^

thats noble of you, but its the parents duty to look after their kids ^^ it will be your turn one day and idk about you but if my kid felt like they were sponging off me i wouldnt feel too great, obviously you expect to see signs of independence as they grow and at some point they need to go and live away from you but at the age of 17 that shouldnt be a concern of yours ^^ not yet! but if you do keep a note of debts and pay them all back then people will feel so much more appreciated that over the accumulating years you havent forgotten it and that shows how highly you regard friendships ^^

are you serious??? less than 12k? im on 12k where i am now... the us needs to pay its teachers more if thats the case =o
are you interested in that house sitting idea? there must be quite a few restrictions, getting to live in a multitude of homes is interesting in itself i guess though. i saw that freeloading was a habit of yours on your profile xd

You think american is more plain than english? it depends on where your from in america i guess... between the north and south of england there is quite a variety in dialect, what amazes me is how your nations cant understand some of them (the jordy accent in particular) or at least thats what was on the news so much when cheryl cole tried to get on x factor over there... but as i was saying! yeh, depend on where your from because england is tiny yet there is such a big difference, so within america there must be a huge array of variations on accent 3nodding tbh i hear americans so much now thanks to things like youtube, i dont even really notice the accents anymore. other than that i only really know the classic steriotypical redneck texas accent xd

the luffy way of making friends seems ideal to me, people with common goals working together and a collision of circumstances - almost a destiny type thing going on haha. my attitude at the moment is definitely one of just seeing where life takes me, i wonder if you can have that kind of attitude and have an ambition at the same time... id imagine you cant as youd usually be wanting to work in the direction of something... thats probably why i dont really have one. I had some in the past, what kid doesnt really? and although i was extremely adamant it wouldnt happen, the real world has gripped me and ive become one of societies working sheep :L but at least im happy about it!

the weather... honestly i dont think ive seen what its been like outside in over a week... i cycle to work and back but i start work at 8 atm and im doing overtime til about 7-8ish so 12hour days xd we are so crazy busy right now! and during the time im working i dont go outside and we have no windows lol, only lights, so i only really see outside when its pitch black and cold xp and i may even have to go in to work on sunday this weekend gonk it doesnt bother me so much that my time is lost but i regret not being able to reply as quickly or post so many comments at the moment! hopefully life calms down soon

Do teachers really earn so little? In England it's not uncommon for a teacher to earn 40k if they are head of a primary school... Not sure how much a standard secondary school teacher earns... But if they are head of their department, they earn more I know that razz
Yeh, you're right! I was looking at a job aboard a cruise ship actually, I don't think you needed any qualifications... I don't think the pay was fantastic, or even moderately good but everything was provided for you and you got to travel for free... hours were a bit weird, too. I think I prefer being in a stable job... I'm still young so i got plenty of time to travel ^^

You don't like the American accent? I think anyone would trade their accent for an Australian one, however... "Croikey mite, It's a shaaak' Awesome Ozzys... I'm more of a New Zealand fan, personally... Just 'cuz of the spiders in Australia sad
I used to have a lot of friends but after college we all went our own ways... I have a friend I've known since I was 4 or 5, and we still keep close but I guess I see how well characters get on in animes and wish that i could replicate that somewhat in my life (I know it's not real life but still! xP) That's when you know you watch anime too much I guess, haha. Don't get me wrong though - It's not a depressing thing... I'd just like to form a team or group of awesome people, and they'd be the ones I would like to travel and share memories with razz I guess it adds a lot more flavour to life, I'd say I've found a couple already but I'd like to collect more really close friends as I go on... I probably sound weird xp I can't word it to make it sound sensible...

How's your week going so far? Studying hard? haha

there are much worse things that can dictate your life xD and skating is a pretty unusual one as far as it goes!

well, whatever your ideas are theyre gunna be much more realistic than mine! ive done no research whatsoever xD what i know about energy (at least in the form of mechanics) is very minimal...
unless youre using skates as an option to charge the battery for a car, the battery seems useless in terms of skating then razz but its a good exercise motivator! haha, and a very interesting recharge system!
would be cool if you made a series of batteries or other items that were all recharged by skates, or had that as an option xd would be a pretty cool signature product!

haha, i have no ambition in fencing, it was just something i thought may be a bit of fun ^^ id like to collect swords... in fact theres a lot of things id like to do, be a teacher, go travelling, sailing, making a perfect group of friends but i dont actually have a set ambition, it kinda upsets me because id really like to have one and i admire the people who do... to have an aim in life and strive to achieve it, especially if its the worlds best at something sounds like an awesome endeavor but i just dont have one =/

haha that sounds more like you, i was surprised your dream had little relation to roller blading at first xD maybe you could work with some rollerblade designers and have your battery made compatible with the rollerblades too... it would need to be seriously nerfed if you were gunna use the same battery for a car, for a pair of roller blades, but then again with all that extra energy you could diffuse it in other ways i guess... to make it use a lot more energy out of the battery, you could have some insane battery powered colours going through it, or have some kind of heat mechanism where it can regulat the skate at a certain temperature and it gives off more heat outside so you dont feel the cold so much and legs keep warm... idk lol!
its always a shame when parents decide to look through such a narrow lense, we live a long enough life to achieve many things but dont let that be a reason to stall progression towards your goals... i think doing a lot of reading and research is probably a good start ^^ would be cool if you could get an apprenticeship somewhere!

i dont handle much of the design at the moment, i mainly produce graphics, things like banners, car graphics, frosted windows etc! im still yet to touch any serious design stuff, ive tinkered around on photoshop and gimp before but there isnt any demand for a designer at work as we have a freelance designer doing everything for us, so anything i actually do is just tinkering around and manipulating images (like the 2 pictures on my profile)

glad to hear you like reading - i dont feel quite so guilty now! xD ... youre ambition makes me so excited for you! people like you are my favourite people in the whole world, the smallest and most powerful battery, huh? specifically for cars is it? that does sound a bit tough, unless you become a scientist or join nasa im not sure if it would be possible and i really hate myself for saying things like that, but perhaps if you could revolutionise the power within the posession of the public, or just make the worlds most efficient fuel consuming car... meh, idk! please ignore me, honestly if you have a strong enough ambition dont let others shake it, ill be rooting for your success whatever you decide to aim for! the general idea sounds like an amazing one to me though!

have you told your parents? or at least suggested tot hem in any way that your future ideas are different from their expectations? im not sure if you know my age, but seeing as you told me yours ill tell you mine ^^ im 19, im quite good at talking like i know a lot about the world but the reality is i have a very long way to go too 3nodding

nah, i work with knives all the time, and all thought the saying "live by the sword, die by the sword" has a nasty ring to it, i think any sport involving swords of any kind is pretty cool! biggrin

interesting, a physio? i know a lot of people irl and on gaia that have that as their goal, i guess i just attract sport-minded people, must be disappointing for them having a lazy athlete to talk with, i know a fair bit about nutrition and training and stuff though :3 but yeh, a physio wouldnt interest me either... idk why so many people chase it *shrugs*
my dads well into his computers as well, but he works for the police...

i like the idea of you being an engineer, i think youd make an awesome one! what kind of engineer? or have you not really thought about it any further? are your studies related tot he direction you want to take or what your parents want you to do?
inventing something is hard... and as time goes on it gets even harder ^^ it takes a real creative mind to invent something but i think that is a really nice goal to have, i hold great interest in the goals that people set for themselves and inventing something is probably one of my favourite ones ive heard ^^

i would have liked to have been eithe ran english or sport teacher in secondary school, or a head teacher in a primary school, idk what your equivalents are? i guess secondary would middle school... =s idk! i would like to have an influence on the next generation, as in my eyes the standards of society get harder and more extreme as the generations go on, things like divorces and simgle parents are sharply on the rise in this era and a lot of people who have kids arent prepared for parenting at the time...

im only 19 and i talk as if i know the answers to the world but i would like to think my methods would me a small revolution in modern day teaching, and kids in my class would love school! ^^ if you get kids at a young enough age theyre easy enough to condition as well, like little blobs of playdough! and (usually) they have quite innocent and curious minds which makes for a lot of funny moments! you can learn a lot from such kids ^^

however! haha i entered full time work as a graphic producer and im really loving it there, ideally id like to spend my time off doing voluntary work but i only get about 20 days off in a year, and them 20 days are precious lol, so ill have to settle for saving all of my ambition for parenthood, when i get to it in the future xD
