Alright for all of you that aren't aware, you won't be seeing me on gaia until I am able to manage my job and my life with little problem or none at all. When I feel that I am ready I will return to gaia, but if it interferes I will leave again. So I have no idea when I will return but eventually I will. 8D Of course I might pop on every now and then to check pm's and such.
Ĥello, and welcome as you may notice this avatar originally was used for role play purposes. It still is related to my character Haruo, just different I suppose. Any ways if you wanting to know more that's actually about me well I suppose I can let you know. My real name heh well I won't tell you that. I like to draw, write, role play, and well feh you can find those things in the interest tags. Hmm I suppose there isn't much else I can put here... Poison/Venom - Specifically snake venom. Haru gets it from a friend within the black market and uses it on the Acupuncture needles or for other uses. He also carries the antidotes if there are any on his person at all times.
Acupuncture needles X - Length: 13mm-75mm; Originally used for medicinal Acupuncture, a skill Haru learned over the years. Then converted it over to use the needles as weapons rather than a therapeutic pain relieving skill.
Common, minor adverse events
- Minor bleeding after removal of the needles, seen in roughly 3% of patients. (Holding a cotton ball for about one minute over the site of puncture is usually sufficient to stop the bleeding.)
- Hematoma, seen in about 2% of patients, which manifests as bruises. These usually go away after a few days.
- Dizziness, seen in about 1% of patients. Some patients have a conscious or unconscious fear of needles which can produce dizziness and other symptoms of anxiety. Patients are usually treated lying down in order to reduce likelihood of fainting.
Other injury
- Nerve injury, resulting from the puncture of any nerve.
- Brain damage or stroke, which is possible with very deep needling at the base of the skull.
- Pneumothorax from deep needling into the lung.
- Kidney damage from deep needling in the low back.
- Haemopericardium, or puncture of the protective membrane surrounding the heart, which may occur with needling over a sternal foramen (a hole in the breastbone that occurs as the result of a congenital defect.)
- Risk of terminating pregnancy with the use of certain acupuncture points that have been shown to stimulate the production of adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) and oxytocin. :: ρ ε я ѕ ο η α ι ί τ ψ :: Haru comes off as a rather creepy twisted individual, the trials of his life leaving subtle scars on his personality. He tends to scare most people off before they get the chance to learn more about him. From a day to day basis he puts up a creepy front, always grinning and giving off that creepy vibe you get off of rapists, drug dealers or *****. Not seeing the point of it Haruo rarely indulges in any negative emotion like anger or depression. He would much rather spend his time tormenting others, manipulating a few, stalking some, and creeping out the rest. Now even if he doesn’t reflect it outwardly in any way Haru is left slightly unstable after the effects of the hypnotism. Experiencing confusion and slight amnesia in some form every now and then, or even lashing out during the few times the memories would conflict. Not very many get to truly know how Haru really is, for very few have earned his trust. :: б ί ο φ я α ρ π ψ :: Haruo was raised alone by his elder brother Kyou, since their parents had died in some manner or another. Haru himself was too young to remember so he holds no feelings for them really. They really did live in the shadier part of the city in a small rundown apartment. Kyou held a job in a rundown cafe as a waiter during the day and a pizza delivery boy by night. It all changed one day, when Haruo was waiting for his brother to change after work he was kidnapped by the Dr. Crowley taken away to his home to be used for experimental medical black market products.
He was six years old when he was taken; Haru did his best to fight. Struggling when he had the chance, biting, kicking, and using any means he could to get away. To Crowley's immense surprise and curiosity Haru lived through the experiments, quickly growing immune to them and the effects of the sedation meds he was placed under after the tests. Growing weary of fighting the boy Crowley devised a new way to keep Haru; hypnotism. After each test he was placed in an alternate reality where he was Haru's adoptive loving father, and the other current experimental child as his brother. He was given experimental medication to prolong the hypnotism effect ( Crowley told him it was for mood swings.) and taught all the doctoring skills Crowley knew to help prolong the illusion. One night however while Haru was recovering from a recent drug backlash, he came across Crowley’s dead body. Murdered, assassinated either way it was a common thing when one dealt with the wrong people in the black market.
Nether less Crowley's assassination occurred while Haru was fourteen years old; he was a test subject for seven years before he was freed. He never was able to snap out of the hypnotism due to the medications, and thus was convinced he needed to get some form of revenge on the one who killed Crowley. Much later on after discovering the one Nikki Valentine had been the one to kill the old man he took a small revenge and retreated vanishing from the mafia life. Trying to understand why he didn’t want revenge as much as he thought he would, and eventually as all things came to pass the effects of the medication wore down, confusing Haru as his real memories came to the surface driving him into a short lived insanity. And as time passed Haru managed to get a grip on himself sorting out the memories in order to keep himself stable. Even finding his long lost family living in the slums. At his return Haru switched alliances to better stalk Nikki, also returning to dealing drugs among other things in the black market. :: α ρ ρ ε α я α η с ε::
