I'm surprised, you have ADD, I never knew that.
People in this town go over-the-top about it.
If their kid misbehaves, then it's "oh they have ADD" or "It's ADHD" and let the kid carry on running all over the place and sometimes breaking stuff.
You don't want to know how many parents have just said their kids have those two problems and then probably drugged their kids because they didn't want to deal with them.
To me it's "No, you sit down and behave or you're grounded" as the real type of medicine.
It's the dumb uneducated people that put those with the real deal at risk of the fraud-debate by doctors.
Just last week we had a kid get lost in our store, the mother told the kid to go play in the toys while she went shopping on the other side of the store for boots and clothes, and she had a whole cart full of stuff so you know she had been away from her kid for over half an hour.
And then when she couldn't find her kid, we did - her boy was playing hide-and-seek under the pajama clothing rack.
It wasn't even a full month ago that I was about ready to leave work and someone's two-year-old was about ready to walk out the front door by themself, and it was their four-year-old that stopped him, because their father was busy shopping for phone accessories.

I really swear that they should make it mandatory that everyone in this town take parenting classes, and should keep their eyes open for unattended children.
It's very common to see children locked in vehicles by themselves, children lost in parking lots, and children walking near dangerous roads and main highways. emotion_facepalm
I also think they should have stricter rules about parenting, if they put their child at dangerous risk of death by not watching them, or if they obviously lose their child in a parking lot, then that should be the only child they should be allowed to have.
If you can't raise the one you got, then don't bother raising five more, in my opinion.

That all made me laugh, and probably so.
She was telling me how she's the youngest of all girls, and it seems that all of them are rich.
Her kids are rich and have great jobs, her husband is rich and is a manager at a factory or something, her dad's a pastor at a church or something.
She's always saying "I'm gonna quit, I'm gonna walk out of here," and sometimes I do wonder how that would be like without her there.
She does (supposedly) retire in one year, and if she does, oh my god.

It would mean that I could actually do my job without her having to walk over to my side and continuously nag about the same person every single day.

Yeah, I try to not drink so much soda but sometimes it's just stressful.
I have a coworker who is an older woman and the only thing she ever does is complain, argue, nag, talk bad all the time about everything - from her hair not being straight, her food not being hot enough, or the way a person glances at her.
It's like last night I was with her and a few coworkers at a fancy Italian restaurant, and she ordered calamari and an alcoholic beverage.
She made them take back the calamari and complained it was too rubbery to eat and refused to be given another plate of it, and then she began complaining that her drink tasted like Kool-aide and said she was feeling like going up to the bar and demanding the alcohol to be stronger.
It caused such a commotion that the head chef actually came to our table and was apologizing and saying she'd try to get the chefs to make it right next time, and our waitress kept hurrying away from the table and all the employees that worked there were giving us bad looks.
So it's going to be that I have to work with that woman 5 days a week, and then 6 days a week, and then 7 days a week, anywhere from 4+ hours of each day.
And it's always she has nothing new to complain about, it's always the same exact stuff over and over, and it just makes a person want to yell "I already told you what to do, why don't you do something about it?"
Luckily I don't drink or smoke, because I'm sure I'd be doing heavy of each because of her. emotion_facepalm

I do brush my teeth, but I think it is because of all the acidic stuff that goes into my mouth.
Lemons, lemon juice, sour candies, soda.
But I can't help it, I dislike sweets because they choke me up, and I love the taste of sour things.

Nerds Rope is a toothache to me.
Sticky sweets such as taffy and caramel really hurt my teeth from all the cavities I had (might have more by now.)

Nerds are good-tasting candy though.
Besides that, the images of the nerds on the box seem rather cute... and tempting... and tasty... emotion_drool
I just got done eating three small 3 Musketeers bars.

But I agree, when you have to go out and buy your own cake, it's obviously a sign that people should try to at least get you what you want for your birthday.
Though my mom didn't ask for it, I got her the largest size ice cream cake there was, an Oreo blizzard one, and it was tasty.
...I need to stop saying everything is so tasty.

You're welcome.
I was pimp, I went and bought my own personal bag of Halloween candy, plus a tub of mint chocolate chip ice cream.

I doubt it'd work out like that.
I'd ask my mom but she never wants to go anywhere; I'd ask my sister but she's always too tired and doesn't want to go anywhere; I can't exactly ask either of my friends because one is working two jobs and lives in a town pretty far away, and my other friend is working and going to college while going all over town with his brother or other friends.
That's pretty much it.
If I ask someone if they want to do something with me, it'd be kind of bad because I don't own a car, so it'd be them having to come and pick me up and drive us all over the place, which doesn't thrill too many people around here.

A coworker did invite me to go to a haunted house with her, but unfortunately she decided to go with her sister.
And then my coworker invited me to go see Carrie, but she changed her mind and was going with someone else instead.
*has no luck at hanging out with others*

Yeah, I noticed in the preview that there were some small differences.
But it still looked pretty good, and glad they've finally updated it.
Good night, going to get to bed.

Wow, he sounds like an idiot.
What on earth is he selling everything for, debts and drugs or something?
Sounds just like my trouble-making boy cousin.
He kept selling anything he could get his hands on, so his mom ended up having to kick him out on the street, for real.
She warned him to get his stuff together or she would, and he stole her money and made everyone go hungry, so he got the boot.
Aside from being a troublemaker, he's also bipolar to a bad extent, and he ended up taking bad drugs from who he was hanging around.
So one day he went and robbed someone's old grandma, she was a little hurt by being pushed down, and he ended up lost in another county so he was turned in to the police.
Because of the amount of drugs he had on him and what he had done, apparently he was stealing from other places as well, he was taken to prison.
What I heard was that he snitched on someone in the prison, so they all jumped him and so he has been getting surgery to reconstruct his face.
It's just too bad, he used to be so happy and optimistic when he was younger, always a comedian and really smart.
But then he just hung out with one friend who was a thief, he went into debt all the time, got into drugs, and now he's toothless from the hard drugs and going blind from the medication they have him on for his disorder.
So I hope your brother doesn't end up like that, it's not pretty and it's sad.
