Alright, well, you go under your 'My Gaia' to 'Account Settings'. Then you scroll down to 'Change Username' and you will see your current username. Delete that username and then put in a different username of your choice. Now scroll down again to where it says 'Current Password' (under it will say "Required for changes to Email, Username, Password and Gender." in red) and type in your password. Now scroll down all the way and click 'Save All Changes'.
There ya go.
