aha, je me reviens!

so good to hear from you; whenever i do, i recall my many joyous times in Quebec province.

we live just an hour south from there, so we have been up often.

it always amazes me how on the US side the farms are sparse, few homes, and then you cross and here are these verdant vineyards and even fruit and produce stands! and i wonder why.

i am well, hubby and i are separated but mostly by economics since he lost his job and went back to live with his mom and look for work in Baltimore.
so, there is still hope.
he wants me to join him there, but i have two part time jobs here, one of which has benefits, and there is no guarantee of anything for me job-wise down there...still, i do realize it would be the right thing to do....

minus 35 F is super cold; the weather service says that twenty minutes exposure can lead to death!

for comparison, minus 43 F is, i believe, the same as minus 43 C.

lucky me! i am on vacation in Florida right now, and it is 65F (23 C) and the local people are complaining of the chill!

I won't have time for nostalgia 'til the end of April. Stage Managing two productions and have zero down time because I'm basically alone (plus a coach... woo so useful) on the first and the second will be HUGE.
But it's great experience.

I hear you! I rarely make it to Gaia these days unless I'm really bored or trying to avoid work (like now). I want to say the THC Guild ran from '05 to '07? Sander has a new guild that's fairly active... but it's just not the same.
